Notification of significant changes in voting rights

ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company” or “Issuer”) informs (L. 3556/2007), in compliance with the Directive for transparency, about the notification of significant changes in voting rights of the Company, received on April 5^th, 2023,  by  shareholder, as follows:

REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V. (the “REGGEBORGH”), with its registered office in Rijssen, The Netherlands, informed that the call option for 52,000,000 shares and voting rights of the Issuer, dated on 06.05.2022, was revised.

Specifically,  REGGEBORGH had initially acquired a call option  for 52,000,000 shares and voting rights of the Issuer (14.9343% of the voting rights) on 06.05.2022. Pursuant to an agreement dated 31.03.2023, the above call option was reduced to 26,000,000 shares and voting rights of the Issuer (7.4671% of the voting rights).
