AMBER CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LP and MR. JOSEPH OUGHOURLIAN informed the Company in writing on 7 February 2023 that, because of a triggering transaction on 2 February 2023 AMBER CAPITAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ICAV – AMBER GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES FUND indirectly holds 4.65% of the voting rights of the Company, from 5.02% before the transaction.

Amber Capital UK Holdings Ltd is the controlling limited partner of Amber Capital UK LLP with 97% interest. Amber Capital UK Holdings Ltd is 100% owned by Amber Capital Management LP, a limited partnership controlled by Mr. Joseph Oughourlian.
