AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 12^th of September 2023, shareholder and Husband of Autohellas' CFO Mrs. Antonia Dimitrakopoulou, Mr. Kansos S. Kyriakos, (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), sold 2,800 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euros 37,968.00.
