Following publications on the web, the company under the name "ELLAKTOR SOCIETE ANONYME" and the distinctive title "ELLAKTOR S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), categorically denies any rumor of an alleged intention to sell its subsidiary AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A. ("AKTOR CONCESSIONS").

AKTOR CONCESSIONS is ELLAKTOR's largest subsidiary with estimated total cash inflow of more than €1 bn, from existing Concessions during their contractual duration. 

At the same time, it has been autonomously or jointly, pre-selected or is in the process of competitive dialogue, in PPP projects with a budget of more than €3.8 bn and in Concessions projects with a budget of €2.5 bn.

As announced on November 8, 2023, in the context of the recent completion of the sale of AKTOR SA, the Group significantly enhanced its liquidity with cash and cash equivalents exceeding €570m on a consolidated basis.

The Group will proceed, seamlessly, with the implementation of its investment plan in activities with long-term and predictable returns, Concessions and PPP projects / Waste Management and Real Estate Development – Management.
