Year 2022 Financial Performance and Results

The financial performance and results of both the Company and the Group during full year 2022 compared with the previous full year 2021 are the following:

 a) The consolidated group turnover amounted to 151.012 million Euros compared to 114.181 million Euros of previous year and the company turnover amounted to 120.395 million Euros compared to 93.166 million Euros of previous year, resulting to a percentage increase of 32.26% and 29.23% respectively.

b) The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 27.089 million Euros, at group level, compared to 18.548 million Euros of previous year, increased by 46.05% and to 18.612 million Euros, at company level, compared to 13.912 million Euros of previous year, resulting to a percentage increase  of 33.78%.

c) The Earnings Before Taxes (EBT) amounted for the Group to 18.899 million Euros compared to 12.818 million Euros of previous year, increased by 47.44% and to 11.745 million Euros, at company level, compared to 9.099 million Euros of previous year, resulting to a percentage increase of 29.08%.

d) The Earnings After Taxes (EAT) amounted for the Group to 14.102 million Euros compared to 10.407 million Euros of previous year, increased by 35.50% and to 9.175  million Euros, at Company level, compared to 7.286 million Euros of previous year, resulting to a percentage increase of 25.92%.
