R ENERGY 1 APPOINTS HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS MS. RANIA BILALAKI

Athens, January 24, 2023 – R Energy 1 today announced the appointment of Ms. Rania Bilalaki as Investor Relations Director, effective January 23, 2023.

She joins R Energy 1 with a long and diversified experience in the Financial Services, Telecommunications and IT industries, including    10 years of exposure in the international financial markets.  

Ms. Bilalaki has a strong track record in Investor Relations for companies listed on foreign exchanges (NASDAQ, Euronext) and the Athens Stock Exchange. She enjoys extensive experience in IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, debt restructuring and corporate restructuring, as well as in Bancassurance in the EMEA region.

She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the American College of Greece, Deree College, in Athens and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, in Milan.
