MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that on February 7^th, 2023 its shareholder under the legal name DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY LIMITED notified that it is in possession of 5,522,381 Company shares corresponding to 4.98% of the voting rights of the Company.

DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY LIMITED is an entity jointly controlled by Messrs. Nikos and John Th. Vardinoyannis each of whom participates in the share capital of the entity under notification obligation with a 50% stake.

Τhe present announcement is made pursuant to article 9 of the Law 3556/2007 since the percentage of the voting rights of the Company possessed by DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY LIMITED dropped below the 5% threshold.

February 3^rd, 2023 is the date of the stock exchange transaction due to which the percentage of the voting rights of the Company possessed by the shareholder under notification obligation dropped below the 5% threshold. Prior to the critical date, DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY LIMITED controlled 5.08% of the voting rights of the Company.
