The Societe Anonyme under the name "AS COMMERCIAL- INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER AND TOY COMPANY SA" and the distinctive title “AS COMPANY S.A.” with Commercial Registry Number 057546304000, in accordance with the provisions of section 4.1.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, informs the investing public that the ordinary tax audit for fiscal year 2022 has been finalized by the Certified Auditors, pursuant to Article 65A of Law 4987/2022, and as a result a tax certificate was issued without reservation.
