AS Company SA announces that the Athens Stock Exchange's Listings and Market Operations Committee, at its meeting of 12.7.2022 approved the resignation of the company - Member of the Athens Stock Exchange "EUROBANKEQUITIES MONOPROSOPI S.A.", from the status of Special Negotiator on the shares of the company "A.S. COMMERCIAL-BUSINESS COMPANY & GAMES S.A.". Friday 29 July 2022 was set as the last day of the Special Negotiation.
