AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 12^th of July 2022, shareholder and I.R. of Autohellas SA, Zacharias I. Vitzilaios (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 606 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of €5,151.00.
