Telecommunications, IT, Security Systems and Services – Provision of Security Services Private Enterprise” announces to the investment public that the company's board of directors following its decision dated 16/05/2023 and regarding item 2 of the agenda mentioned in the invitation to the annual ordinary general meeting, published today (16/05/2023), decided to propose to the ordinary general meeting, the distribution of dividend of the amount of 0,1314 EUR per share.
