Specifically, Alpha Bank and Performance Technologies SA. were awarded the Bronze Award for the project "Timescape" in the "Managing Human Resources" category.

Timescape is a tool for allocating the workload of employees to specific duties assigned to them, in discrete business software (Project Portfolio Management and Digital Services Management), for the IT sector at Alpha Bank. It simplifies and significantly reduces the time spent by more than 600 employees and external partners in the field of IT for the daily entry and management of their tasks. At the same time, it offers IT leadership improved oversight of areas such as resource allocation and costing of projects and operations.

"Timescape" was developed in collaboration with IT executives, leveraging Agile digital technology project management practices.
