Space Hellas S.A. hereby informs the investing public that in execution of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders held on 22/6/2022 and the decision of its Board of Directors dated 30/6/2022, proceeded on 7/7/2022 to the disposal of a total of 103,308 own shares to the two beneficiaries thereof, namely to the company's CEO, Mr. Ioannis Mertzanis and to the company's Financial Director, Mr. Ioannis Doulaveris. The transferred shares represent 1.6000545% of the company's share capital and following this transfer, the company no longer holds own shares.
