REPLCACEMENT OF INTERNAL AUDITOR

The company “TERNA ENERGY FINANCE S.A.” (hereinafter the “Company”) informs the Investors that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 20, 2023 decided to appoint Mrs. Karakelle Foteini, Economist, as Internal Auditor of the Company, replacing Mr. Papadakis Konstantinos due to his internal transfer to the Internal Audit Unit of GEK TERNA S.A. Mrs. Karakelle Foteini will assume her duties as of November, 1 2023.
