AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 12^th of December 2022 President of the Board of Directors of AUTOHELLAS S.A. and General Manager Emmanouella Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 7.500 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of  Euro 78,298.86.
