Presentation of Financial Results 2022

to the Representatives of the Capital Market

The presentation of the Companys annual financial results to the representatives of the capital market took place today, Thursday, April 27^th, via tele conference. The briefing was attended by the CEO Mr. Harry Sachinis and the Director of Financial Analysis and Investor Relations Mr. Ilias Dedousis.

The financial results of the year were presented in detail, also the reasons that played a key role in their formation, as well as the important events of the fiscal year and after 2022. In the discussion that followed, special emphasis was placed on the creation of the new Waste, Energy and Water Regulatory Authority (R.A.W.E.W.), the conditions that will be created for the new pricing policy and the reasons that led to the drop in consumption.

Also, the new conditions created by the increased energy costs were discussed, as well as the Company's actions in order to reduce the impact of energy on its operations, such as the further development of renewable energy sources (RES) and the rationalization of costs. EYDAP doubled its investments in 2022 compared to the average of the previous five years aiming at the sustainability of the Company through growth. Also, the Company presented a significant improvement in its ESG rating from all international rating agencies.

The goals for 2023 are focused on executing and strengthening the important investment project, adapting to the new regulatory framework, preparing the Company for accelerated growth and further upgrading the Company in ESG ratings.
