The Company under the name "UNIBIOS HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME" and the distinctive title "UNIBIOS" (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), announces that the share capital of the Company now amounts to EUR 4,985,113.34, divided into 17,190,046 ordinary, registered shares of nominal value EUR 0.29 each.

The announcement is made in accordance with paragraph 5 of article 9 of Law 3556/2007.
