The Anonymous Company under  the trade name " FLEXOPACK SOCIETE ANONYME
COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY “ and the distinctive title "FLEXOPACK S.A." (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), in accordance with  the provisions of Law No. 3556/2007 and the number 1/434/03.07.2007 decision of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as the  article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, informs the investors  that, according to the relevant notification submitted to the Company on 3 August 2023, with the relevant Form of Notification of Significant Changes in Voting Rights, the shareholder Stamatina Ginosati , daughter of George, on 3.8.2023 acquired full ownership and voting rights for 600,000 shares of the Company (of which she was the bear owner) , subsequent to the death of the usufructuary  (who was the only having the right to exercise the aforementioned voting rights) Nikolaos Ginosatis, son of Spyridon, and the subsequent merger of the usufruct with the bare ownership.

As a result of the above, Stamatina Ginosati directly controls 933,948 voting rights corresponding to 7.87% of the voting rights and shares of the Company.
