Wednesday, 3rd of May 2023.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 11th of July 2023.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 24th of August 2023.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 25th of August 2023.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 30th of August 2023.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.

The company retains the right to change the above-mentioned dates, after informing on due time the investors' community with a new announcement.
