The Board of Directors of TERNA ENERGY FINANCE S.A, following the resignation of Mr. Delikaterinis Vasileios, was constituted into Body as follows:

2. Dimitra Chatziarseniou                   Non-executive Member, Vice-Chairman,

3. Aristotelis Spiliotis                           Executive Member, Managing Director

4. Ilias Paizanis                                      Executive Member,

5. Andreas Taprantzis                          Independent non-executive member.

The term of the BoD ends on 27/8/2026 and at the latest on the date of the Ordinary General Assembly following that date. The Board of Directors of the Company, within the framework of the provisions of Law 4706/2020 regarding its new composition, examined and verified the fulfillment of the conditions of the provisions.
