AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 20^th & 21^st of December 2022 President of the Board of Directors of AUTOHELLAS S.A. and General Manager Emmanouella Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 95 and 5.405 shares of Autohellas S.A. respectively at a total value of Euro 959.50 &  Euro 55,566.70.
