The Company “Ifestos” Societe Anonyme which is closely connected to Mr. Antonios Svoronos, the President of the Board of Directors of our company, bought during the market session of 23.05.2023 6,500 shares of our company (corresponding to 6,500 voting rights). The above transaction took place in the stock market at a price of Euro 0.664 per share (total amount 4,313.54 euros).
