ANNOUNCEMENT

Pursuant to current legislation, "AUTOHELLAS Tourist and Trading Societe Anonyme" (hereinafter "Autohellas") informs investors about the following:

Autohellas reached an agreement today, May 5, 2021 regarding the creation of a new joint venture with participants: the Dutch company MASDAR CES EUROPE BV, the Finnish company TAALERI ENERGIA HOLDINGS S.À.RL and the Greek company KYOTO DEVELOPMENT - ENERGY. In the new company, Autohellas and each of the other participants will acquire a 25% stake. Purpose of the new company is the development of a photovoltaic power station up to 65MW.

The agreement is subject to the approval of the European Competition Commission and subject to the usual provisions for respective transactions.
