Own Shares Purchase Programme Initiation

The Company “AS COMMERCIAL – INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER AND TOY COMPANY S.A.” with the distinctive title “AS COMPANY S.A.” pursuant to the decisions of the Shareholders¶ Ordinary General Meeting of 25.06.2021 and the decisions of the Board of Directors of 25.11.2021, announces the initiation of the Own Shares Purchase Programme on 29.11.2021, according to which the Company shall purchase own shares up to a maximum percentage of 5% of the shares present today, which corresponds to a number of 656,301 shares, until 25.06.2023, with a purchase price range from 0.50euro/share (minimum) to 4.00euro/share (maximum). The Company shall inform the investing public for any further developments, pursuant to applicable Law.
