AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 29th of June 2021, the company Main Stream S.A., controlled by Eftichios Vassilakis Vice President of the BoD & Managing Director (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 10,775 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 76,561.56 and on the 30th of June 2021, purchased 4,584 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 32,133.84.
