PRESENTATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS 2021 TO REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CAPITAL MARKET

The presentation of the annual financial results of EYDAP to representatives of the capital market held today, Friday, April 29, through a teleconference. The event was attended by the CEO Mr. Harry Sachinis as well as senior executives of the Company.

The financial results of the year were presented in detail, as well as the important events of the year before and after 2021. In the discussion that followed, special emphasis was placed on the renewal of the exclusive right of water supply and sewerage until 2040, ensuring the viability of the Company and the foundations for its further development, the progress regarding the projects of Eastern Attica and the new regulatory framework that the Company is included under the J.M.D. 135275/2017, a fact that enables over-recovery and / or under-recovery with the approval of the new tariffs under the new contract.

Other issues that were discussed were the new conditions created by the increased energy costs and the current geopolitical crisis and the actions to rationalize its operating costs, in order to keep its tariffs, while advancing its transformation projects and the acceleration of its investment plan, focusing in the digital and green transition.

The targets for 2022 focus on preparing for the implementation of the new regulatory framework, reducing operating costs, executing and promoting significant investment projects, preparing the Company for further development, upgrading the Company to ESG ratings and increasing overall return for shareholders.
