• Monday, 14^th March, 2022: Announcement and publication of full year 2021 financial results.

• Monday,14^th March, 2022: Annual Financial Report of the year 2021.

• Tuesday, 15^th March, 2022: Conference Call for the Annual Financial Results 2021.

• Thursday, 14^th April 2022: Annual briefing of analysts on the company's financial results in the Hellenic Fund and Management Association. The briefing will be held via teleconference at 2:00 p.m.

• Wednesday, 13^th July 2022: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

• Monday, 25^th July 2022: Ex-Dividend*.

• Tueday, 26^thJuly 2022: Dividend Beneficiaries (Record Date).

• Friday, 29^th July 2022: Date of commencement of dividend payment.

• Monday, 26^th September 2022：Announcement of 2022 half year financial results.
