AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 06^th of June 2022 President of the Board of Directors of AUTOHELLAS S.A. and General Manager Emmanouella Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 10.000 shares of Autohellas S.A. respectively at a total value of € 88,200.00.
