AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 14^th & 15^th of June 2022 President of the Board of Directors of AUTOHELLAS S.A. and General Manager Emmanouella Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 3.000 and 9.317 shares of Autohellas S.A. respectively at a total value of Euros 26,094.40 &  Euros 81,615.83.
