Telecommunications, IT, Security Systems and Services – Provision of Security Services Private Enterprise” announces to the investment public that the company's Board of Directors following its decision dated 27/05/2022 and regarding item 2 of the agenda mentioned in the Invitation of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting, published today (31/5/2022), decided to propose to the Ordinary General Meeting, the distribution of dividend of the amount of 0.12 EUR per share.
