• Date of announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Statements of Fiscal Year 2021 (1.1.2021-31.12.2021), prepared in accordance with IAS / IFRS standards: Monday 21 March 2022 (end of day, of the Athens Stock Exchange transactions)

• Annual briefing to analysts will be conducted via online conference, Tuesday 5 April 2022.

• Date of the Annual Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting: Thursday 12 May 2022.

• Year 2021 ex-dividend date is set for Monday 27 June 2022.

• Year 2021 dividend Record date (Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T)) is set for Tuesday 28 June 2022.

• Year 2021 dividend payment date is set for Monday 4 July 2022.
