Athens, Greece, 18 February 2022 – Frigoglass S.A.I.C. (the “Company”) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014, that Mr. Costas Dintsios, Frigoserve Director (and therefore notifying person according to article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014), notified the Company that on 14 February 2022 and 15 February 2022 he disposed 60,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €10,155.00.
