The National Bank of Greece S.A. (NBG) announces that, Mr. Ioannis Vagionitis, was appointed General Manager of Group Risk Management (Chief Risk Officer).

Mr. Vagionitis has extensive experience, having served as General Manager - Chief Credit Officer, Head of Corporate Banking-Large Corporate Division and Head of Credit Division and International Credit Division of NBG, while in the past he has also served as member of the Board of Directors and member of the Risk Management Committee of Finansbank.
