LOULIS MILLS SA announces that on the 8^th November 2017, the increase of the registered capital of “LOULIS MEL – BULGARIA” EAD with non-monetary contribution of the Sole Owner, representing receivables on loans which have been provided to the Company, is completed. The capital of “LOULIS MEL – BULGARIA” EAD has been increased from BGN 50 000  to BGN 582 000.The difference between the emission value BGN 6 916 000  and the nominal value of the newly issued shares BGN 532 000, which is  the amount of BGN 6 384 000, shall be assigned to the “Share Premium Reserve” fund .
