"ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A." (or “Company”) went public on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange on Monday 19 June 2017. In accordance with the Company's obligations, the investment community is informed that the paid-up share capital amounts to €491,840,000 divided by a total of 232,000,000 ordinary registered voting shares.

Holders of voting rights equal to or greater than 5% of total voting rights are the following:
1. The Hellenic Republic with a total 51.123% stake, including a 17.000% stake held by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF). The Hellenic Republic owns and controls the 100% of the shares of HRDAF. In accordance with articles 142 par. 2 and 145 par. 2 of L. 4389/2016, as amended by virtue of article 14 of L. 4467/2017, following the distribution in kind from PPC to its shareholders of the shares of the Company, DES ADMIE will acquire all of the Company's shares held by the Greek State and HRDAF and the transaction is scheduled to materialize soon.
2. SILCHESTER INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS LLP with a total 12.937% stake, in the capacity of investment manager for its following customers: Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Trust, Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Group Trust, Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Taxable Trust, The Calleva Trust, Silchester International Investors Tobacco Free International Value Equity Trust.
