ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A. (or "Company") hereby announces that on June 21, 2017, it received notification from the Hellenic Republic that the total percentage of voting rights held on June 19, 2017 stood at 51.12% and that the investor held 118,605,114 voting rights.

The total includes a percentage of voting rights at 34.12% directly held by the Hellenic Republic that corresponds to 79,165,114 voting rights. It also includes a percentage of voting rights at 17.00% held by the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (“HCAP”) that corresponds to 39,440,000 voting rights. HCAP is the sole investor in the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (“HRADF”) that ultimately holds  a percentage of voting rights at 17.00% that corresponds to 39,440,000 voting rights.

The announcement is issued in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, decision 1/434/2007, Circular No. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
