The company LOULIS MILLS SA announces, according to L.3556 / 2007, the Decision 1/434 / 3.7.2007 and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law. 3340/2005, that on 12.05.2017  Mr. Nikolaos Fotopoulos, Vice Chairman & CEO of the company and bound person according to article 13 par. 1 of Law. 3340/2005 and now the EU Regulation 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, sold  6.000 common shares of LOULIS MILLS SA, of total value euro 12.917,94.
