"ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A." (or “Company”) hereby announces that on 12th October 2017 it had fully repaid the interest-bearing loan granted by Public Power Corporation S.A. that was due November 2018.

The repayment was allowed by the Company's high cash reserves, following the collection of interim dividend paid out by Affiliate ADMIE S.A.

Total long-term borrowings in the Company's balance sheet as at 30th June 2017 reflected the respective loan under the agreement dated 9th June 2017 to cover operating expenses for admission in the Athens Stock Exchange.
