ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO LAW 3556/2007:

Notification of change of share of voting rights

EYDAP SA pursuant to Law 3556/30.4.2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and Circular No. 33/2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investing community that, according to the relevant notification of the Ministry of Finance, which the Company received electronically on February 27, 2018, the percentage of voting rights (indirectly and directly) controlled by the Greek State amounts to 65.319.740 (61.33%), of which the direct voting rights refer to 53.212.240 (49,96%) common registered shares and the indirect voting rights refer to 12.107.500 (11.37 %) common registered shares.

The voting rights of the 12.107.500 shares (11.37%) refer to the share of the capital held by Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) in EYDAP S.A. The Hellenic State controls 100% the "Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations SA" (HCAP S.A), which in turn controls 100% of the "Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund"  controlling indirectly the aforementioned voting rights.

This change in voting rights resulted from the execution of an OTC market transaction free of charge in accordance with the resolutions 262 & 263 of the Interministerial Committee for Restructuring and Privatizations (GG t Β/614/22-02-2018) for the revocation of the 195/27-10-2011(GG B΄ 759) decision of the Interministerial Committee for Restructuring and Privatization, concerning the part of the transfer from the Greek State to the HRADF of 16.967.000 shares of EYDAP , according to no. 1906/2014 decision of the Council of State. The total participation percentage (direct and indirect) of the Greek State has not changed.
