Eurobank and Banca Transilvania are in negotiations

as regard the potential sale of Eurobank subsidiaries in Romania

Eurobank and Banca Transilvania are in negotiations as regard to the potential sale of Bancpost S.A., ERB Retail Services IFN S.A. and ERB Leasing IFN S.A. in Romania. The details as regard to the negotiations will be published after finalizing necessary steps and obtaining relevant approvals. Finalization of the negotiations and analysis is expected to be at the end of October.
