(or "Company") hereby announces that on June 19, 2017, prior to commencement of trading of the Company's stock, the total percentage of voting rights held by the Hellenic Republic stood at 51.123% and that the Hellenic Republic held 118,605,114 voting rights out of a total of 232,000,000 rights.

The announcement is issued in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, decision 1/434/2007, Circular No. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
