Announcement for the issuance of the Tax Compliance Report of the company LOULIS MILLS SA for tax year 2016

The company "LOULIS MILLS SA" pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1. of the ATHEX Regulation and Article 10 par. 1 of L.3340 / 2005, informs the investors that the special tax audit of the Company for the tax year 2016 was completed. The audit was conducted by the auditors in accordance with the Article 65A of Law. 4174/2013, as in force, and issued the corresponding Tax Compliance Conclusion reports without qualification.
