a) the announcement of the 2016 Annual Financial Results will take place on Tuesday May 2 2017.

b) the annual briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2016 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Friday June 2 2017.

c) the company's Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place, on Wednesday June 28 2017.

d) the company will not distribute dividend for fiscal year 2016.
