Approval of the amended restructuring plan of Eurobank

Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (the “Bank”) informs the investors that the European Commission published on 26 November 2015, its approval of the Bank's amended Restructuring Plan, as it has been submitted to the European Commission through the Greek Ministry of Finance.
