ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL AND VOTING RIGHTS

The company “NBG PANGAEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY” (ex “MIG REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY” and hereinafter the “Company”) announces to the investment community that following the completion of the merger by absorption of the company under the name “NBG PANGAEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY” (ex “MIG REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY” by the Company, on 01.10.2015, the fully paid-up share capital of the Company amounts to €766,483,602 and is divided into 255,494,534 common registered shares with voting rights attached, of a nominal value of €3.00 each. Each of the above mentioned shares incorporates one voting right.
