THPAS.A.announces that at the meeting of the company's BoD, two new members were appointed, Mr. Panagiotis Kardaras and Mr. Dimitrios Mpikas as non-executive members, following the resignation of Mr. Anastasios Kantaras and Georgios Lazaridis. Also at the same meeting Mr. Konstantinos Mellios was elected as Vice President by secret ballot.
