Financial Calendar for the year 2016

Piraeus Port Authority SA announces the following change to the financial calendar for the year 2016:

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held Thursday, June 30, 2015, instead of Thursday, June 16.

The dates for the payment of the dividend change compared to the previous notice as follows:

-Monday 18/7/2016: Ex-Dividend Date 2015 *.

-Tuesday 19/7/2016: Dividend Beneficiaries 2015 (Record Date).

-Monday 25/7/2016: Dividend Payout 2015.
