LOULIS  MILLS SA announces that on February 23, 2016 a subsidiary company called LOULIS MEL - BULGARIA EAD, was established in Bulgaria.

The 100% of the share capital of the company is held by LOULIS INTERNATIONAL FOODS ENTERPRISES BULGARIA Ltd, which is 100% subsidiary of LOULIS MILLS SA.

The new company has a founding capital of 50.000 BGN and its main purpose is to collect and trade of cereals.
