PETROS PETROPOULOS SA hereby gives notice that, in accordance with the applicable legislation and the decision of 26.04.2016 of its Board of Directors, as well as the relevant announcement of 27.04.2016, it proceeded on Wednesday 04.05.2016  to the sale of 70.000 of its own shares, i.e. 0,99% of its share capital, at a sale price of 3.60 Euro per share, the total value of the sale being 252.000 Euro.

The aforesaid shares had been purchased in implementation of the decisions of 16/4/2014 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, at an average acquisition price of 3.57 Euro.

TheCompanynow holds 21.961 Own Shares, 0.31% of its share capital.
