The company LOULIS MILLS S.A. announces, according to L.3556 / 2007, Decision 1/434 / 3.7.2007 and Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on 29th of June 2016 Mr. Nikolaos Fotopoulos, Vice Chairman & CEO of the Company and person obliged to disclose the meaning of Article 13 para. 1 of Law. 3340/2005, bought 2.000 shares of LOULIS MILLS SA, of total value 2.970 euros.
